Nepal Bubble Gum Vape Export Service: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

How a first order usually runs

At VapeWholesaleHub, bubble gum vape is one of the most consistent movers in our wholesale catalog, and buyers across Nepal keep it on standing order because the reorder cycle is short and the sell-through rate is high. We supply distributors, chain stores, online retailers and independent shops directly from the manufacturing hub in Shenzhen, which means factory pricing without the middle layers that normally inflate unit cost.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every bubble gum vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Freight to Nepal runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Storage and shelf life at your Nepal warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

When destination rules in Nepal change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
