Bubble Gum Vape Lead Times in Iraq: Trade Buying Guide

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Retail feedback from Iraq repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Iraq shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Freight to Iraq runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
