Bubble Gum Vape OEM Service Checklist for Bulgaria Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Bulgaria

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Bulgaria launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished bubble gum vape run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the bubble gum vape line.

When destination rules in Bulgaria change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Bulgaria launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
