Chile Bubble Gum Vape Private Label: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Chile

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Yantian, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Common mistakes Chile first-time buyers make

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps bubble gum vape shelves full year-round.

Private-label projects for Chile brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return bubble gum vape unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Chile in a single reply - usually within hours.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.
