Arizona Bubble Gum Vape Trade Terms: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including GMP — before goods leave.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

The VapeWholesaleHub catalog stays deliberately focused: bubble gum vape and the categories around it, stocked deep. For Arizona buyers that means honest availability answers instead of guesses forwarded to third parties.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Arizona: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
