Bubble Gum Vape Trade Terms Notes for Vietnam Trade Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Vietnam trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Freight to Vietnam runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current bubble gum vape stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Vietnam buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
