Bubble Gum Vape Trade Terms in Vietnam: Overview for Trade Buyers

How a first order usually runs

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current bubble gum vape stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Freight to Vietnam runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every bubble gum vape carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Vietnam launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
